Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Any Image Harvest Pro purchase — Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime — is eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date your PayPal order is captured. This includes both subscription plans (where the refund covers the most recent renewal charge) and the one-time Lifetime plan.

The 7-day free trial is not a paid purchase and therefore not subject to refund — if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

2. How to request a refund

1. 1Email us at coderkyriewen@gmail.com from the same email address you used at PayPal checkout.
2. 2Include your PayPal Order ID (found in your PayPal receipt email) or the License Keywe sent you. Either is enough — you don't need both.
3. 3We'll reply within 24 hours. Once approved, the refund appears in your PayPal account within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).
4. 4Your License Key will be deactivated and Image Harvest will revert to the free tier on next launch — no further action needed on your side.

3. What we don't ask

We will not ask you to:

• Explain why you want a refund
• Try a different feature first or jump on a call with us
• Provide screenshots, logs, or any other evidence
• Pay any restocking, processing, or cancellation fees

4. After 30 days

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window are evaluated case by case. We're humans and we know things happen — if you bought yearly and never opened the extension, just email us and we'll figure out a fair outcome together.

For active Monthly / Yearly subscriptions, you can also cancel auto-renewal at any time directly in your PayPal account: future renewals will stop, and Pro features remain active until the current period ends.

5. Edge cases we honor

• Duplicate purchases.If you accidentally bought twice, email us and we'll refund the duplicate immediately, even outside the 30-day window.
• Service outage.If Image Harvest's license-verification API is down for > 7 days and we cannot get it back, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund regardless of purchase date.
• Unauthorized charge.If you suspect someone else used your PayPal account to buy Pro, email us — we'll deactivate the license and refund you in full, no proof required.
