1. Service Description

Image Harvest is a browser extension that helps users download, filter, and manage images from web pages. The extension is available as a free version with core features and a paid Pro version with advanced features.

2. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes smart image downloading, basic filtering and sorting, single image download, ZIP download (up to 20 images), Google reverse image search, and dual display mode (Side Panel & Popup).

Pro Plan: Includes all Free features plus unlimited ZIP downloads, format conversion, custom naming templates, live monitoring, similar image detection, image collections, multi-tab batch extraction, advanced grouping, batch highlight, and priority support.

3. Pro Subscription Terms

Pro is available through three pricing options:

• •Monthly: $2.99/month, billed monthly
• •Yearly: $19.99/year, billed annually (equivalent to $1.67/month)
• •Lifetime: $39.99 one-time payment, permanent access

Subscription payments are processed through PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. License Usage

Each Pro License Key can be activated on 1 device at a time. If you need to transfer your license to a different device, you must first deactivate it from your current device before activating it on a new one. License Keys are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded images complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Image Harvest is a tool for downloading images — it does not grant you any rights or licenses to the images you download. You must obtain appropriate permissions or licenses from the image copyright holders before using downloaded images for any purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

Image Harvest, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the extension except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Image Harvest is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites. Some websites may block image extraction due to their Content Security Policy or other technical restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Image Harvest, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Image Harvest after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
